With it’s 35.109 acres located in Ñeembucu State, dedicated to extensive cow cattle raise, with a capacity of holding between 4.500 and 5.500 active wombs. The access to this property is made overland, going through the Villa Oliva City, located north of the farm, passing through internal roads. The field counts with two rivers, “Tebicuary and Negro”, that are also used as access ways to the property. It is classified as an extensive raising field, using approximately 5,9 acres for animal. Te complete stock of the 35.109 acres is placed in paddocks. The remaining till December 2006 was 8.891 cows. The access to this farm is made by the Tebicuary River, by plane and by overland, using a path that was made to communicate the farm with Villa Oliva City, to the North, to connect afterwards with the national roads.
