COODETEC (Agricultural Investigation Central Cooperative) gives Golondrina the representation of their seed variety, and the authorization for nationalization, distribution, and selling of any of their plants. Golondrina is also authorized to register in COODETEC’s name all the varieties, labels and patents of the referred products.

In order to accomplish this will, both enterprises are developing together actions for introduce, experiment, recommend, register and commercializing seeds of soya, bran, cotton and corn developed by COODETEC for the Paraguayan territory.

Golondrina is authorized to give a sublicense for the seed reproduction to third degree seed distributers legally constituted and with the capacity to accomplish not only the demands of the law, but also the demands of the Golondrina Standards.
